Watch Shaunie and Shaquille O'Neal's Daughter Amirah Showing Her Basketball Skills
Amirah O’Neal certainly got it from her father as she recently showcased her basketball skills through a short clip of her best moments.
Amirah O’Neal recently proved that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree as she inherited her father’s mad basketball moves.
AMIRAH DISPLAYS HER ATHLETIC SKILLS
In a recent Instagram post, Amirah, daughter of four-time NBA Champion Shaquille O’Neal, posted a series of clips highlighting her games moves.
The post captioned “Fundamentals,” captured the young O’Neal’s impressive skill set of finishing under the basket and scoring from the perimeter.
Amirah is a 6-foot-2 all-around player, averaging 17.2 ppg, and had been selected as an All-Division Three Second Team. It seems that the Big Diesel certainly passed on a great set of genes.
Being the ex-wife of an All-Time NBA Great, as well as the mother of basketball-minded children, inspired Shaunie to produce the VH1 reality show.
FAMILY OF ATHLETES
Amirah is not the only O’Neal blessed by the Basketball Gods. In fact, Shaq’s eldest, Shareef, is a 6-foot-9 forward who made himself known to many scouts.
The Top 40 prospect encountered some difficulties upon graduating as he required open-heart surgery. After appearing in a few college games with UCLA, Shareef decided to transfer.

Both siblings are now booked to follow their father’s footsteps as they commit to LSU. “Although I don’t fully know what’s ahead of me, I am ready for the challenge,” Amirah said. She continued:
“I never imagined myself saying this, but I am excited to say that I have decided to commit to being a student athlete at LSU along side my brother @shareefoneal.”
O’NEAL’S BIG FAMILY
O’Neal has six children, four of which are with his ex-wife, Shaunie Nelson. After tying the knot in 2002, they welcomed Shaqir Rashaun and Me’arah Sanaa.
Being the ex-wife of an All-Time NBA Great, as well as the mother of basketball-minded children, inspired Shaunie to produce the VH1 reality show, which features the significant other of NBA players.

Being in a family that’s very active with basketball makes it quite tough having to handle the limits of quarantine.
Nevertheless, the Hall of Fame center never fails to pull some stuff out his sleeve to keep the family entertained.
In an Instagram video, Shaq is seen controlling a disc jockey while playing a remix of Mariah Hill’s “Down” as his boys bopped to the beat. “Be safe love yall Oneal boys kitchen concert,” wrote the 15-time All-Star.
