According to People Magazine, when discussing her health and how she has managed to keep fit after four kids, Hilaria noted that her secret was consistent self-care and never to feel ashamed to ask for help.

While Hilaria and her actor husband Alec Baldwin are expecting their fifth child, they already have their hands occupied with four awesome kids.

That was when she revealed that after her family self-isolated for a few months, they rented an apartment closeby so that their nanny could come around. The mom-of-four described the issue of using a nanny as "interesting" because she has had people write to her and condemn her for it. Defending her need for additional support is handling her four kids who are under the age of seven, Baldwin said:

"I work every single day. And for people to make you feel badly about that is not fair. neither my family nor Alec's family live close."

She then urged other mothers not to feel guilty about accepting help whenever they need it. ET Online notes that the fitness expert also discussed her two miscarriages last year saying that this time she is "going very slow with this experience and being cautious."

The 36-year-old explained that for the last pregnancies, she was too focused on the sex of the child. However, with the pain she felt at suffering a miscarriage, Hilaria revealed that she maintained an attitude of gratitude for all her kids.

This was evident when she took to Instagram last month to pay tribute to the daughter she lost during the miscarriage in November. Hilaria shared a video of flowers expressed how much she misses and loves her baby girl.

PopSugar notes that while Hilaria and her actor husband Alec Baldwin are expecting their fifth child, they already have their hands occupied with four awesome kids.

Their oldest child is 6-year-old Carmen Gabriela, and she is followed by Rafael Thomas, 5, the couple's first son. Then comes Leonardo, 3, and the youngest child, Romeo, 3. Alec is also a father to daughter Ireland, 24, from his previous marriage to Kim Basinger.
