Timothy Busfield Opens up about His Life with Melissa Gilbert during Quarantine
Timothy Busfield recently gave a candid update on how he and his spouse, Melissa Gilbert, are holding up amid quarantine.
Quarantine is a whole new ball game for "Thirtysomething" star Timothy Busfield and his star wife, Melissa Gilbert, as they enjoy an adventurous, indoor life.
Although Gilbert and Busfield are keeping to the social distancing rules, the couple might just be indulging in a backyard adventure!

Busfield told Page Six that the ongoing health scare isn't as worrisome as the new friend his wife recently made. The award-winning star made it known that they might just be living a life cut out of "Little House on the Prairie." He told the outlet:
"Here's the hard part about quarantining — it's not catching the virus… It's how to keep the 'Little House on the Prairie' girl from getting a bear…"
The star actor explained that he and his spouse were getting visits from a bear, and Gilbert, rather than become alarmed, warmed up to the furry animal.

Busfield, 63, hilariously added while talking about Melissa: "she is out there going, 'Hello, bear … it looks so sweet,' and I'm like, 'Yeah until it eats your carotid artery.'"
Gilbert is known for being the youngest person to bag a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Melissa Gilbert might be bringing her "Little House on the Prairie" act to life and triggering her spouse, but she had made him the "luckiest man on earth!" Timothy Busfield confirmed this to Page Six at the premiere of his show, "For Life."

Busfield relayed how he bagged Gilbert, a former president of Screen Actors Guild," despite having "no chin." The 63-year-old explained that it wasn't love at first sight because Mellissa was supposed to be in a movie by him and John McNamara, but "she wasn't interested in us or the movie."
Busfield told Page Six that as time went on, Melissa Gilbert found him attractive, but he didn't get to know her better until her 40s. Gilbert, and Busfield tied the knot in 2013.

The couple who reside in Manhattan aren't new to marriage. Gilbert was married to fellow actor Bruce Boxleitner and once engaged to Ron Lowe.
