Actress and singer, Anna Camp lived through two marriages in the last decade, each ending in a heartbreak shortly after setting off. Since hooking up with her boyfriend, Michael Johnson, in March, the 37-year-old star is convinced she has finally found her soulmate.

Earlier this year, news of a relationship between entertainment icon, Anna Camp, and drummer, Michael Johnson, hit the media.

The pair confirmed their relationship status in March 2020 amid the coronavirus outbreak. Camp admitted there is no one else she would rather be with in the middle of nowhere.

Since becoming Instagram official, the star and her boyfriend have been inseparable. It goes without saying that the twice-divorced Hollywood icon finally found true love after a daunting journey.

Anna Camp was born to parents, Dee and Thomas Sewell Camp, on September 27, 1982. The star grew up in Columbia, South Carolina, alongside her sister, Saluda.

As a youngster, she attended Meadowfield Elementary School, where she got her first acting experience in a school play. Camp obtained a degree in Fine Arts from the University of North Carolina School of Arts.

The singer has been married twice, first to actor Michael Mosley, six years after her college graduation. Their marriage lasted for three years before their divorce. Next, she tied the knot with Skylar Astin, her "Pitch Perfect" co-star. Their 2016 union also lasted for three years.

Camp had no children from her past relationships but has been open about her desire to have a baby someday, even at the expense of her career.

Camp's relationship with Michael Mosely lasted barely five years. They became engaged in 2008. Two years later, Michael Mosley and Anna Camp fulfilled their nuptials and enjoyed marital bliss for the next three years.

In January 2013, their marriage came to an end following a divorce filing by Mosley. The duo cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their separation.

Months after her split from Mosley, Camp kicked off her relationship with Skylar Astin. The pair first hit it off after their meeting on the set of the 2012 production, "Pitch Perfect," and their friendship blossomed.

The actress was at the time married to her first husband, but that did not stop the pair from becoming the best of pals. By June 2013, Anna Camp and Skylar Astin became an item.

In 2016, Astin popped the big question during a New Year vacation in Hawaii. About ten months after their engagement, the duo tied the knot in a grand ceremony. Their central California coast glam wedding took place in October 2016.

For over two years, their love for each other grew under the prying eyes of the media. The news of their split in April 2019, therefore, came as a shock to the public. The pair announced their divorce in a joint statement, revealing the decision to go their separate ways was mutual and amicable.

Following her second divorce, Camp took the time to invest in her career while making the most of her newfound freedom. The transition from married to single happened within a short stretch, and her recovery was almost dramatic.

Explaining how she felt about the transition, and how she had coped with it, the "Picture Perfect" star divulged:

"I feel kinda free for the first time in a very long time for lots of reasons. I feel very excited and very grounded at the same time, which is great."

The divorce was admittedly a form of blessing to the actress, who starred as Brooke in the Netflix movie, "Desperados."

Camp has been open about how her divorce facilitated her flawless rendition of her character, Brooke, in the Netflix film. She recalled how she was inspired to play the role the first time she got the script because she could relate to the life of Brooke, who was a divorcee in the 2020 production.

Aside from Anna Camp's role in "Pitch Perfect" and 2020's "Desperados," the icon has starred in other movies like "The Help," "True Blood," and "The Mindy Project," among others.

Camp moved on faster than most would have anticipated, finding love barely months after her divorce from Astin. Although it is not clear when the actress and drummer, Michael Johnson, first met and began dating, their relationship in the last few months has been tabloid-worthy.

The singer went public with their romance in March 2020, posting pictures from their romantic getaway in the desert of Joshua Tree, California.

Via subsequent posts, Camp disclosed how much she enjoyed being with Johnson. The two admittedly went into quarantine together following the global coronavirus outbreak. Their time stuck with each other strengthened their love.

During a 2020 interview, the actress disclosed how they spent their time over the quarantine period. She explained how they had bonded over cooking, seeing movies, and going through the process of self-discovery.

In late July 2010, Anna Camp revealed she came down with the coronavirus. All it took, she divulged, was hitting the road just one time without a face mask.

Via a social media message, the "Desperados" star revealed that although she had since tested negative to the virus, she still showed some lingering symptoms. Going further, Camp recounted her terrible ordeal of being seriously ill for three weeks after contracting the virus.

Concluding her big reveal, Camp encouraged everyone to do their part by staying safe always, and never neglecting to use a face mask.
