Check Out CNN Anchors Don Lemon and Chris Cuomo in a Throwback Photo from Almost 7 Years Ago

CNN anchor Don Lemon, best known as the host of "CNN Tonight," uploaded to Instagram a throwback photo from 2013. Chris Cuomo is also in the picture.

Luckily for the more than 500K of Don Lemon's Instagram followers, he is very active on social media as he regularly posts videos and photos. In his latest pic, he appears next to CNN journalist Chris Cuomo.

Lemon is wearing a white shirt covered by a dark grey sweater while Cuomo is rocking a white shirt and a blue and purple tie. Both men are flashing their trademark smiles at the camera from what appears to be a conference room.

It is impossible to ignore that they look a bit different, though. Well, that's because it is a throwback photo from almost seven years ago!

In the caption of his post, Lemon pointed out that it was taken on December 13, 2013, and that "time flies". After writing that Cuomo was young and skinny at the time, Lemon added the hashtags #bromance and #never forget.

His throwback image has got over 55K likes in less than 24 hours, making it Lemon's most-liked photo of 2020.

CHRIS CUOMO WAS DIAGNOSED WITH COVID-19

Cuomo and Lemon have a very close relationship, and it became even more evident on April 1, 2020, one day after Cuomo announced that he had tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

Talking in front of the cameras for "CNN Tonight," Lemon fought back the tears while talking about his colleague and friend. After saying that Cuomo was probably sitting at home laughing at him, Lemon pointed out that they were very good friends.

Lemon also admitted to being worried about his friend, so much so that he was very distracted the previous night just thinking about Cuomo and his diagnosis. Lemon said:

"He's going to be fine. We have been talking all day, and we are texting, and he's like, 'People are treating me like I'm dying, I'm not dying.'"

Fortunately, after battling the virus for weeks, Chris Cuomo got better! In May this year, he made headlines after revealing that there was "funky stuff" in his blood work, something apparently common in people who have had COVID-19.

Cuomo, who confessed that he was taking things one day at a time, pointed out that he wanted to make plasma donations. He will have to wait until he is completely fine, though.
