Inside Tamar Braxton's Boyfriend David Adefeso's Statement Following Her Hospitalization
Tamar Braxton's boyfriend David Adefeso finally broke his silence after finding his girlfriend "unresponsive" after she seemingly attempted to take her own life on July 16.
David Adefeso, the boyfriend of "Braxton Family Values" star Tamar Braxton finally gave an update on his girlfriend's situation following her hospitalization.
Adefeso has been by Braxton's side ever since she was taken to the hospital last week and has been supporting her as she recovers.

HOW TAMAR IS REALLY DOING
Days after the incident, Adefeso spoke up about his girlfriend's mental health and said that it is an extremely testing time for her family.
Adefeso shared that Braxton is receiving the best medical attention available for mental health strengthening.
In an interview with "The Blast," Adefeso opened up about how his girlfriend is a beloved figure in her fans' eyes and thanked people for their support. He said:
"This is an extremely difficult time for Tamar and her family as she navigates professional and personal struggles including her battle with depression."
Adefeso shared that Braxton is receiving the best medical attention available for mental health strengthening. He was the one who reportedly found her unconscious in her Ritz-Carlton hotel room.
WHY SHE WAS HOSPITALIZED
He had previously reassured the singer's fans that he would be staying by her side throughout her treatment. He also asked them to respect her family's privacy during the time of healing.
Meanwhile, Braxton's representative told "PEOPLE" that she had been transferred into a different facility for futher treatment. They further said:
"The outpouring of support that Tamar has received is a testament to the light that she brings to people."
For now, Braxton is in stable condition. Adefeso reportedly called 911 after finding her unconscious and also shared that she had been drinking and took an unknown amount of prescription pills.
A spokesperson for Braxton shared that she had had a pretty tough and emotional day. Her YouTube show "Coupled & Quarantined" did not air the night she was rushed to the hospital. Her new reality show for VH1 called "To Catch A Beautician" debuted on May 25.
