See How Tamela and David Mann Celebrated Their Daughter Porcia's 34th Birthday

Hollywood Icons, Tamela and David Mann wish their first daughter, Porcia Morrison, a happy birthday as she turns 34.

Multi-talented artists, Tamela and David Mann, who have graced TV screens as actors as well as singers, took to their shared Instagram page to wish their firstborn, Porcia Morrison, a happy birthday.

With a picture of their daughter posing in between them, they encouraged their fans to send across their goodwill messages for the birthday celebrant, writing, "Help us wish our firstborn a very Happy Birthday. Super excited to see what chapter 34 has for you."

Although [Tamela and David] do everything together, Tamela decided that this was a journey she wanted to embark on alone. Still, she was very grateful for her husband's encouragement.

Quick to oblige their requests, the post earned almost 3000 comments and thousands of likes. This isn't the first time that the doting parents are publicly celebrating their daughter.

According to iHeart radio, Porcia, 34, got married in 2018 and her parents took to Instagram to share photos from the grand event while thanking some vendors for their support.

In 2017, Porcia featured alongside her parents, three siblings, and sister-in-law in the family's TV One reality show, "The Manns."

Together with her family, she showed America how they overcome day to day struggles and even joined in sharing opinions about their last born, Tia Manns's attitude, as seen in a YouTube video.

The show also highlighted her parent's love for each other and how much effort they were willing to put into making their marriage work. AJC reports that in 2018, the Mann family organized the “Us Against the World Mann Family Tour” to give people an intimate view of their lives using comedy and music.

Porcia played an active role during the tour as the road manager while her siblings, Tia and David Mann Jr., showed off their musical talents.

The outlet notes that with their high regard for family, David and Tamela, later that year, released a book, titled, “Us Against the World: Our Secrets to Love, Marriage and Family” and a new album, ‘Us Against the World: The Love Project.”

More recently, David has shown the world again how much of a supportive husband he is. As reported by Essence, he supported his wife through her weight-loss journey.

The site notes that although the love birds do everything together, Tamela decided that this was a journey she wanted to embark on alone. Still, she was very grateful for her husband's encouragement.

The gospel singer also revealed to her girlfriends, details about her lifestyle changes, and how it helped her lose a lot of weight as reported by Oprah Magazine.
