RHOA's Peter Thomas Reveals How He Thinks He Contracted COVID-19 –– What Is His Suspicion?

"RHOA" star Peter Thomas opens up about how he contracted COVID-19 in a new social media post.

Peter Thomas of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" has joined the list of celebrities that have contracted COVID-19. As reported by People Magazine, yesterday, the reality star took to Instagram to share a three-minute-long clip detailing his diagnosis and advising his fans.

In the clip which shows Thomas lying down, the ex-husband of Cynthia Bailey explained that he has been in bed for the last eight days. He recalled that he took the COVID-19 test a total of six times and tested negative five times, but at the sixth became positive.

It will be recalled that Thomas shot into the spotlight during his marriage to housewife Cynthia Bailey. Their glamorous wedding was documented on the third season of "RHOA,"

Urging his followers to keep safe and follow all precautions, Thomas revealed how he possibly contracted the virus, saying that he usually stops to take photos with fans who want to hug him and urge him to take his mask off. He added:

"I take those pictures, and every time I take those pictures, I'm praying to God that I don't get this thing, but it caught up to me."

As noted by Daily Mail, the 58-year-old also opened up about his symptoms, describing them as "excruciating pain" as he listed stomach cramps, diarrhea, cold sweats, and vomiting.

Thomas ended his message on a positive note expressing his gratitude for life and urging his followers to take the pandemic "extremely serious because it's no joke. The pain don't go away."

It will be recalled that Thomas shot into the spotlight during his marriage to Bailey. Their glamorous wedding was documented on the third season of RHOA, however, they split after six years together. Since his split from Bailey, Thomas has been openly voicing his displeasure against the show.

According to BET, back in November, he slammed BRAVO for failing to show the men that appeared on the show "in a positive light." In the now-deleted post, he tagged other RHOA husbands, urging them to speak the truth.

Thomas' outrage at the show came shortly before he announced his daughter, Blaze's engagement with a sweet post on Instagram per Bravo TV. He is also a doting father to one daughter and four sons while maintaining a good relationship with his ex-wife's daughter, Noelle Robinson.
