Niecy Nash Reveals She's Married to Singer Jessica Betts in a New Photo

"Claws" star Niecy Nash has taken the world and her fans by surprise by revealing she just married her longtime friend, singer Jessica Betts, only eight months after filing for divorce from ex-husband Jay Tucker.

"Love Wins!" Niecy Nash claimed in her most recent Instagram post, where she revealed she recently got married to Jessica Betts, a soul singer who, curiously, sang at Nash’s wedding with Jay Tucker in 2011.
In the pic, Nash and Betts are seen holding hands as they sport expressions of utter happiness while facing their guests, who were standing up and clapping.

The ceremony seems to have taken place outdoors, with the pair being surrounded by trees and floral decorations in white and shades of pink.

Nash looks gorgeous wearing a strapless gown cinched at her waist to highlight her best assets as she held a bouquet with roses in her left hand. Betts opted for white slacks, a shirt, and a vest with a grey tie to add a pop of color to the wedding ensemble.

"Mrs. Carol Denise Betts ? @jessicabettsmusic #LoveWins?," Nash captioned the pic. Betts shared the same image on her Instagram account, adding:
"I got a whole Wife ?? @niecynash1 #Bettsofbothworlds #LoveWins."

Although Nash has been an open supporter of the LGBTQ+ community for years, she has never addressed her sexuality.
However, Nash has been married twice before. First to Don Nash, with whom she shares three children, and later with Jay Tucker.

Nash and Tucker tied the knot in 2011, and the actress announced their divorce in December 2019 via a heartfelt Instagram post.
In the post, Nash mentioned that they had reached a point in their lives where they were better as friends than partners in marriage. The divorce was finalized in March 2020.
"Trust that it is so much easier to walk in your truth than it is to run towards a lie," Nash told People in February while discussing her divorce. It seems like she is practicing what she preaches. Congratulations to the newlyweds!
