Will Smith's 19-Year-Old Daughter Willow Reportedly Buys a Luxurious $3.1 Million House in Malibu

Will Smith's daughter, Willow Smith, is reportedly the new owner of a luxurious home in Malibu. She recently purchased the house with the sum of $3.1 million.

Willow Smith,19, is a singer and an actress. Like her famous parents, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett who are both Hollywood stars, the young lady has carved a reputable career for herself.

She was first introduced to stardom at age 10 when she released the song, "Whip My Hair" which earned her a deal with Roc Nation.

At just 19, Willow has more than two studio albums to her name. Apart from her onscreen features, she is a frequent face on her mom's talk show, "Red Table Talk."

She does everything she lays her hands on with so much passion and dexterity. Will's mini-me is not only blessed with talents, but she also possesses the ability to make excellent choices.

The young entertainer reportedly bought herself a lavish home on the plains of Malibu. Her new residence speaks elegance, class, and serenity at the same time. Reports have it that the home is fully equipped. It was constructed in 2011 and according to Variety, the house was:

"designed to meet modern LEED energy efficiency standards. [...] There's also solar power and a two-car garage with Tesla charging capacity."

The luxury apartment equally has a beautiful outdoor environment befitting any popular entertainer looking for some privacy and quietness.

The building has about four bathrooms and four bedrooms, and it sits on 2,984 square feet. Its incredible interior includes a fireplace, a spa-like bathroom, and a glass sliding door.

It was confirmed that the property was not up for purchase when Willow signed up to have it as her own. Willow purchased the property from a couple who lived in it for seven years.

The actor grew up in a disciplinarian household and wanted the same for his kids.

The Smiths are parents with very flexible parenting skills, and over the years, they have chosen to let their kids make their choices.

Willow first moved out of her family's home at age 16 but she still maintained proximity to home. Her older brother, Jaden Smith left his parent's house when he was 15.

Jada did not seem to have any problem with the kids' decisions. According to a news source, she explained that she has an invaluable connection with her kids despite their absence.

Even with the stable relationship shared among them, Will revealed that he did not handle his kids with kids' gloves. The actor grew up in a disciplinarian household and wanted the same for his kids.

He, however, stated that this worked slightly with his son but not his daughter. At age 10, Willow rebelled against her dad's advice concerning stardom, and she went ahead to shave her head bald as a protest sign.

While the father-and-daughter duo may have their disagreements, it does not change the fact that they have a lot in common in terms of talents, looks, and uprightness towards work.
