ABUSE ALLEGATIONS

The alleged violent incident apparently took place earlier in September 2020. In the document, someone has been accused of "causing bodily injury to a child through recent act/failure to act: hitting/punching."

Jon wasn’t named as the perpetrator however, last week on Instagram Collin accused his father of beating him. Kate has responded to the accusation by insisting that punching and kicking one's children is not okay.

She explained how she wasn’t willing to listen to any excuses from her child’s father, the local police, or the courts in this matter. Kate noted how there was a law that protects children against abuse and that it should be followed.

The boy claimed his father attacked him in a violent manner even when he was lying on the floor. Without giving away any details of the violent altercation, the incident was said to have been quite violent.

When they got home, the boy was still furious and got a big bottle of liquid from the garage and threw it at his father’s car. The bottle ended up getting a dent and Jon reacted by becoming enraged and attacked the boy.
