'Counting On' Star Jana Duggar Reflects on Being Single at 30 & Speaks Candidly about Dating

"Counting On" star Jana Duggar reflected on her single status in an exclusive sneak peek of the new episode of her family's series, saying she was stricter with her dating requirements in the past.

Jana Duggar of "Counting On" fame is the oldest of the Duggar kids and is yet to be married. The reality television star shed light on her dating life on People's sneak peek of the show's new episode.

The 30-year-old said she had toned down on her dating requirements in the last few years. Jana explained that she was stricter in the past and only wanted someone willing to move to Arkansas or stayed there.

Over time, Jana realized she loved traveling much more than she knew. Hence, she feels if she loves a guy, she will follow him to the ends of the earth. However, the reality star maintained she is yet to find the one for her.

There are 18 Duggar siblings, of which eight of them are married. The siblings were raised in such a way that they are not allowed to date but only allowed to court.

This means they enter into a relationship with the intention to marry. Despite being single, Jana insists she is content. She admitted to getting questions from people about why she was yet to find her other half.

In a clip from the sneak peek, Jana told a friend that people asked if she was picky with her dating choices. She replied that she does not see herself that way.

Despite her longing desire to be married, Jana still found a way to laugh about her single status.

Jana's friend chimed in, saying other people wondered if there was anything wrong with her. The reality television star jokingly wondered if she had an issue.

With her dating requirements now eased up, Jana is open to relocating for the right person. She said if the right man comes, he does not have to stay in Arkansas. The only thing is that she must love him so much to go with him.

In August, Jana shared a picture of herself spending time on Arkansas's Beaver Lake. The caption to the post got many fans wondering if she had found a man, as she said, "We literally stayed out until the sun went down!"

Many of the fans took to the comment section of the post, asking who she was referring to. Jana also poked fun at herself when she joked about her single status in an Instagram post.

The reality star shared a picture of herself holding a placard that read, "Please Form Single Line." Many fans found it amazing to see that Jana still found a way to laugh about her single status despite her longing desire to be married.

The 30-year-old reportedly admitted that she was making the most of her single years rather than dwelling on her unwed status. According to her, dwelling on it would only make it worse.
