Tarek El Moussa and Fiancée Heather Rae Young Give a Tour of Their California Beach House

Tarek El Moussa and Heather Rae Young have dubbed their new home "the hotel house." They showcased why on a tour of the amazing property earlier this week.

On Wednesday, Tarek El Moussa and fiancée Heather Rae Young allowed "Today" hosts Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager to look inside their incredible California beach rental.

Engaged for only two months so far, El Moussa and Young were the perfect tour guides for the expansive property. They began in the hall, where two walls featured family photos. The clip is found below.

GAME CORNER AND WRESTLING WRING

The couple moved over to show their gaming corner. El Moussa shares Taylor, eight, and Brayden, five, with his ex-wife Christina Anstead. The two still do their show, "Flip or Flop."

El Moussa and Young, the host of "Selling Sunset," first met while boating with friends in July of 2019. El Moussa confirmed their relationship a month later on Instagram.

El Moussa and Young then went over to a vast living area that features two sitting arrangements. One of them, El Moussa explained, is where the kids often wrestle with each other. He calls it the "wrestling ring."

When the hosts mentioned they were pressed for time, the couple quickly went outside to showcase their pool. Young explained that they typically heat it up and use it as an oversized jacuzzi as she does not like cold water.

WHY IT'S "THE HOTEL HOUSE"

After the break, El Moussa and Young shared their favorite part of the home — the master bedroom. The expansive master suite is the reason they have dubbed their beach house "the hotel house."

The bedroom features a coffee maker and a fridge, making it easy for the pair to lounge all day without having to leave at all. They have an incredible view of the outside as well.

On the desk, Young shared a photo collage that her soon-to-be stepdaughter created for her shaped in the letter "H." They also revealed where El Moussa does his virtual meetings just in front of the bed.

PERMANENT HOME COMING SOON

Earlier this week, a source told People that Young and El Moussa recently bought a new home in Newport Beach, the same area they are renting and living in today.

The new location was initially bought to be flipped, but the pair fell in love with the ocean views. They will be taking on a renovation project to make the home into their dream house before moving in in about a year.

THEIR WHIRLWIND ROMANCE

El Moussa and Young, the host of "Selling Sunset," first met while boating with friends in July of 2019. El Moussa confirmed their relationship a month later on Instagram. He captioned three photos:

"Out of the blue @heatherraeyoung walked into my life. The first time I saw her smile, she 'did that thing to my tummy' and I knew right away I needed to get to know her... so I asked her out!! She said yes."

He went on to talk about the unpredictability of life before asking fans if the pair were a "cute couple." Most agreed they were. Of course, Tarek will have another woman by his side soon.

"FLIP OR FLIP" SEASON 9 ANNOUNCED

Last week, he and ex Anstead announced that "Flip or Flop" would be returning to HGTV for its ninth season. They both shared the same photo of them looking casual together in a filthy house.

Anstead and El Moussa dated for three years before getting married in 2009. In December 2016, they separated. Their divorce was finalized within two years. Their show, "Flip or Flop," will premiere October 15 at 9 pm ET.
