Holding up her dress, the little angel was seen posing on top of a grate with her mouth open in awe. The pose was reminiscent of the late Marilyn Monroe's iconic white dress moment.
The sweet photo garnered several positive reactions from her fans and followers. They could not get enough of the beautiful little girl. Beneath the post, the excited mother captioned:
"A Marilyn Moment #BIRDIEMAE"
Simpson married NHL star Eric Johnson in 2014, and the pair has welcomed three beautiful children. Her first daughter, Maxwell Drew, was born in 2012 before they tied the knot, and Ace Knute was born in 2013.
Birdie remains the star's most recent child as she was born March 2019. However, through her motherhood journey, Simpson did not fail to share every beautiful moment with her expectant fans and followers.
Simpson also opened up her experience self-isolating at home during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Earlier this month, the singer opened up about her love for her children, and how they seemed to grow up so fast. She also added that Birdie leaves a huge impression on their hearts as they all love her dearly.
The mother-of-three gushed about how cute her last child is, and added that it was so cute watching her older kids watch her. She also revealed that her first son, Ace, and Birdie were best of friends. She said:
"My son and her are like BFFs! The cutest...her first word was 'Ace.'"
Simpson also opened up her experience self-isolating at home during the COVID-19 outbreak. She explained that it had been a "very enlightening experience," and added that she spent a lot of time in prayer and watching motivational videos.
The star also explained how engaging in mindful and prayerful talks with her first daughter, Maxwell helped them stay calm and grounded. Simpson added that before bed every night, both of them engage in prayer, and it helps the 8-year-old sleep better.
In other related news, more than her other siblings, Birdie shares a striking resemblance to her mother. In recent posts on the singer's Instagram page, fans could not help but marvel at how much they twinned.
From Birdie's birthday photo to snapshots of the mother and daughter sharing beautiful moments, it is clear for all to see that their special bond goes just beyond physical resemblance.
