Kimora Lee Simmons Shows Her Bond with Ming & Aoki in a Sweet Post on National Daughter's Day

Former model and fashion icon, Kimora Lee Simmons stunned fans with a gorgeous post of herself and her daughters, Aoki and Ming. The trio shows off their bond with the sweet family picture to commemorate National Daughter's Day.

Fashion designer, Kimora Lee Simmons has carved her name in the entertainment and fashion world with her beauty and undeniable fashion sense. Now, the star has proven that beauty runs in her family with an adorable family picture she recently uploaded on Instagram.

The proud mother showed off her beauty which was rivaled by her daughters, Aoki and Ming Lee Simmons in a grayscale picture to celebrate daughter's day.

The photo showed Kimora and her daughters posing together, with Aoki on the left, Kimora in the middle, and Ming on the right. Not even the monochrome filter could dim the effects of their gorgeous smiles.

Aoki's big announcement is not the only one for the family this year as her mother relaunched the Baby Phat clothing line on September 1, 2020.

The 45-year-old captioned the post with a touching statement where she wished her daughters, whom she described as her "minis" and the joys of her life, a happy daughter's day.

The "Kimora: House Of Fab" star had an iconic relationship with her ex-husband, Russell Simmons which began in 1992 when the couple met at a fashion event in New York. Six years later, the pair exchanged their vows.

During their marriage, they had two daughters, Ming and Aoki, and also created the fashion brand, Baby Phat which was the female line of Russell's Phat Farm clothing company.

The entertainer made her daughters a part of Baby Phat by bringing them to red carpets and runway shows. This undoubtedly inspired Ming, who has an uncanny resemblance to her mother, to venture into the modeling world.

However, Ming wasn't the only one making her mother proud. Last year, Aoki was accepted into Harvard, and the "Beauty Shop" actress shared the exciting news with fans on social media.

The former model uploaded a video on Instagram which showed her son, Kenzo Lee as he read the contents of Aoki's admission letter out loud as well as another video of the 16-year-old's reaction once she heard the news.

The proud mother and her hip-hop media mogul ex-husband, Russell shared their joy and pride for their daughter's achievement with heartfelt messages on their social media.

Aoki's big announcement is not the only one for the family this year as her mother launched Baby Phat Beauty on September 1, 2020. The family brand joined the beauty industry with the new line which Kimora collaborated on with Ming and Aoki.

The new line, according to the entrepreneur, is a family business, a mixture of old and new to create their very own heritage brand. Baby Phat Beauty revealed their first product, the Shimmer Dreams set, with a couple of promotional pictures and videos of the trio looking glamorous on social media.

The product came with three independent kits which were named in honor of the trio's unique personalities, Ming as 'Opulence', Kimora as 'Divine', and Aoki as 'Ethereal.'
