Chris Cuomo's Wife Cristina Celebrates Her Sister Andrea's Birthday with Sweet Childhood Photos

The wife of the CNN anchor shared a series of family photos where she appears with her sister when they were both girls. She accompanied the images with an emotional text.

Cristina Cuomo, 50, along with her husband Chris Cuomo, have been one of the prominent couples to be diagnosed with COVID-19. But amid the pandemic, she has taken to Instagram to pay tribute to her older sister.

Cristina has published a series of photographs from her childhood, in which she appears with her older sister, Andrea. In the first image, both girls are crouched in front of a fence that separates them from a large turkey.

In the second image, they are both dressed up in white dresses. In the third image, both girls are outdoors with their mother in what appears to be a photo of a family outing.

In the following photo, a smiling young Angela appears next to a young man who embraces her. And the last image is a photo of Angela's face, an adult smiling and looking straight into the camera.

Cristina wrote: “Happy birthday, big sis! This sister bond goes beyond the familial one— it’s a ♥️ that has provided me with a safe space to be my truest, best self and shown me how women should celebrate and cherish each other. Thank you for that, Andrea, and for saving me from lots of turkeys in this life. Your sisterhood is a privilege. Love you!”

FAMILY SICK

In March of this year, Chris Cuomo announced to the world and especially to his followers that he had tested positive for Covid-19. The CNN anchor has been broadcasting from the basement of his home.

On April 15, his wife Cristina also received a diagnosis of COVID-19 and a few days later his son Mario Jr. also tested positive for COVID-19. Chris and his brother, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo have had a healthy relationship all these years.

In an interview they did with her, Chris said that she already feels good about the symptoms but that what affected him the most was not being able to be Cristina's husband and father of their children in this situation and being isolated.

COMPLETELY RECOVERED

Chris was very unwell during his illness, presenting severe headaches and high fever. He lost several pounds of weight during the first days of the illness.

However, the CNN anchor seems to have left all that behind, as his daughter Bella, 17, recently posted a video on Tik Tok where both father and daughter appear dancing.

In the video, Bella and Chris are in what looks like their home gym, doing their exercise routines. The funny video shows Chris showing off his biceps.

Now thanks to his close relationship with his brother, the Mayor of N.Y. Chris enjoys high popularity and a whole legion of fans. In a short time the video had thousands of views. The father often makes cameos in the videos made by his daughter Bella.
