Christina Anstead is embracing peace over people's opinions. The popular TV personality recently took to her Instagram page with a short video clip taken from a boat she purchased after her split from Ant.

The captured footage, a picturesque, featuring the endless ocean complete with a pod of dolphins frolicking in the waves just ahead of the boat. In her caption, Christina wrote about "choosing the anomaly" when confronted with making a choice between "nonsense" and "peace."

Since Christina also revealed that she had always loved the ocean in the caption, it came as no surprise that the TV personality went there when she needed to find peace. The "Flip or Flop" star wrote:

In September, Christina revealed that she and her husband, Ant, had decided with difficulty to separate. The former couple share a son named Hudson London. London was welcomed in September 2019, just after his parents made the walk down the aisle a year before in December.

The program is said to include regular videos and emails coupled with exercises and worksheets. Ant alleged that the program was a lifeline, urging his fans to get on it if they ever need it.

Their wedding ceremony was held at their home in Newport Beach, California. Aside from Hudson, the pair have other kids from their previous relationships. Ant is father to son Archie and daughter Amelie, both of whom he shares with his former wife, Louise Herbert.

Christina shares a son named Brayden James and a daughter named Taylor Reese with her ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa who has since moved on and even popped the big question to his new partner, Heather Rae Young in July.

While Christina has found her peace, her 41-year-old ex, Ant, has been taking some time to work on himself. Earlier this week, he revealed on Instagram that he participated in a "Breakup Recovery" program.

The program is said to include regular videos and emails coupled with exercises and worksheets. Ant alleged that the program was a lifeline, urging his fans to get on it if they ever need it.

The program originated from a brand called "Create the Love" and it was created by human connection specialist Mark Groves. The course is streamlined to help people move from hurting to healing to thriving in just five weeks.

Aside from the breakup course, Ant also got involved in a three-day faith-based program called "Rise Up Kings." The website describes the program as an experiential event designed to re-ignite the power, passion & energy inside people.

The course is attended by affluent businessmen who want their world to revolve around God while taking their faith and family to the next level. Hopefully this helps Ant move on from his breakup with wife, Christina.
