After the actress lost and gained 60 pounds, she went under the knife to speed up her weight loss.

The love for the award-winning actress seemed to bloom after she did a Laparoscopic Bariatric surgery in 2016 to reduce her stomach size and speed up her weight loss.

The impressive results delighted her devoted fans who congratulated the 37-year-old on her new look, which they all seemed to support.

After successfully hitting fame through her breakout role in the movie "Precious," the star went on to snag roles in other films like "Empire" and "American Horror Story."

After filming yet another movie called "Antebellum," she vowed to be meaner to men due to past rejections, but it all changed when she met Brandon Frankel in 2019.

Late last year, the couple went official on social media when the branding and marketing expert referred to the 37-year-old as his queen, and Sidibe admitted he was outstanding.
