Angela Simmons' New Tattoo Has a Pretty Special Meaning — Find Out What It's About
To commemorate the birthday of her late fiancé Sutton Tennyson, reality TV star Angela Simmons got a new leg tattoo. She posted the video of the body art on her Instagram story to give the world a little glimpse.
The video was recorded after Simmons had the simple tattoo done. With her leg resting on a small white stool, she gave a clear view of her ankle with her late beau's initials inscribed on it.
Simmons tagged the tattoo artist David Pracise in the 6-second clip. Pracise also took to his Instagram story to post a screenshot from the video, showing off his handiwork.
In addition to the video, the reality TV star posted a heartbreaking throwback picture of the late Tennyson sleeping on a sofa with their adorable little son, Sutton Joseph snoozing comfortably on his chest.
After seeing the bittersweet photo, it is hard not to remember the tragic events of the late father's demise. Two years ago, the 37-year-old was found dead outside his open garage door with multiple gunshot wounds.
After a thorough investigation, it was revealed that Tennyson had been talking to another man in the driveway. After the conversation got heated, the suspect shot him several times before fleeing from the scene.
She disclosed that explaining the concept of death to a 3-year-old was a sad situation.

Few days after the unfortunate incident, Simmons took to her Instagram to pay tribute to his memory with a number of pictures of the two of them with their son.
She also thanked Tennyson for leaving behind her greatest gift, their son, and added that she was numb and hurting. She went on to thank her fans and friends for all the outpour of love and support during the tough time.

One year after his death, Simmons finally opened up about the tragic experience. In an emotional episode of the WE tv series "Growing Up Hip Hop," she spoke about a conversation she had with her son about his father.
The 33-year-old revealed that while they were out, her son claimed to have seen Tennyson's white car. She asked him if he knew what his father looked like and proceeded to show him photos and videos of him.
The boy then asked if he was alive, and Simmons confessed amidst tears that the question saddened her. She disclosed that explaining the concept of death to a 3-year-old was a sad situation, and she had to tell the boy that his father was in heaven.
A few months later, the fashion designer implored her fans to pray for single parents during the lockdown as it was not an easy task balancing parenting amid the pandemic. Surely, they needed all the support they could get during the chaotic time.
