Check Out Peabo Bryson as He Defies His Age with His Dancing Skills in New Video with Family
Peabo Bryson recently shared a video of himself and his family, keeping it soulfully groovy in a coordinated kitchen dance scene.
Robert Peabo Bryson showed that his age is just a number in a video, where the legendary singer danced in synchrony with his family members.
Among the five family members who were featured were his wife Tanya Boniface Bryson and daughter Linda Bryson-Thigpen.

Peabo looked visibly slimmer in a long-sleeved black turtleneck and grey jeans. He wore a pair of well-polished dress shoes and reading glasses.
The family danced the “electric slide” routine in unison while the classic 1980’s hit “Candy” by Cameo played in the background. Although the singer proclaimed that he was a singer, not a dancer, he humorously tagged the popular talent show “Dancing With The Stars” and captioned the post:
“I don’t care what y’all say I can dance too ??.. I’m practicing right now, ?? happy Wednesday ?.”
Peabo’s fans loved watching him get his groove on and show his moves. They expressed their approval in his comments section. One fan commented, “No, no, you’re a husband, a chef, a father, and a dancer that sings. And dance very well. Keep [on] dancing!!
The singer’s wife, Tanya, was also enjoying the quality time with her husband while holding their two-year-old, Robert Kittrick Bryson.
Peabo, 69, and Linda, 38, tied the knot in 2010, and they welcomed their only child, Robert, on New Year’s Eve in 2018. The two-time Oscar winner also has one daughter, Linda, from a previous relationship.
The Brysons' cute family moment could only be possible because of Cobb County Fire Station 3 first responders and doctors who saved the singer’s life when he suffered a heart attack in 2019.
Peabo and his wife were so grateful to first responders that they visited them after his recovery to thank them for the care they provided him personally. During the visit, the singer said:
“They can be the only thing standing between your children being orphaned and your wife widowed. All they do is try to save people. It’s a thankless job, and they aren’t paid enough for what they do."
Peabo also thanked his wife, who was with him on that fateful night and performed CPR on the singer as directed by the 911 operator.
Peabo said he was glad he chose the right woman to be his wife; after all, he has been engaged twice before.
The singer was previously engaged to Juanita Leonard and the mother of his daughter, former Miss Virginia Teen USA, Angela Thigpen.
