Simone Biles may be back to regular programming, practicing for hours at the gym and working out, but she does not forget to set aside time to unwind and relax at home.

As seen in her Instagram posts, the decorated gymnast likes spending time outdoors, whether basking in the sun or lounging around by her pool. Recently, Biles shared yet another beautiful glimpse of her free time.

Fans immediately flooded the athlete's post with fire emojis after seeing her muscular arms and toned core. Biles posed sitting on a chair with her head leaning on one hand that emphasized the shape of her arms.

She dressed in a plain black spaghetti strap top tucked in yellow gartered joggers and accessorized with a black and white Chanel headband. "Chill vibes," she captioned her photo.

Biles has shown more skin in her previous post, donning a neon green two-piece swimwear before taking a dip in the pool. The 23-year-old's outfit complemented her incredibly fit physique, showing her rock-solid abs and broad shoulders.

She is set to compete in the Tokyo Olympics, which was postponed to 2021 due to the ongoing pandemic.

Many of her famous friends praised the gymnast for her well-taken care of body, including actress Madison Pettis and "Cheer" star Gabi Butler. Biles' fans also joined in and showered her with compliments.

Although Biles is well-loved by her fans, her life and career did not go without difficulties. During an interview on "Today," the gold medalist shared her experience with racism in 2013.

"I was on a world scene, and what made the news was, another gymnast saying that if we painted our skin black, maybe we would all win because I had beaten her out of beam medal, and she got upset," Biles said.

Biles became the first Black woman to be an all-around title winner at the World Championships in 2013, beating Italian gymnast Carlotta Ferlito. Out of lack of sportsmanship, Ferlito said, "Next time we should paint our skin black so then we can win too."

Despite Ferlito's harsh comment, Biles became even more successful through time. She is set to compete in the Tokyo Olympics, which was postponed to 2021 due to the ongoing pandemic.

Initially, the news brought Biles to tears, hoping she could compete sooner instead of prolonging the preparation process. Regardless of the situation, she will be physically ready when the games resume.
