Watch Nick Cannon Power through Tough Workout in a Cool Red Outfit as He Talks about Motivation
Nick Cannon's recent media update showed off his rigorous workout session while the post held a thought-provoking motivational message for fans.
TV star Nick Cannon bared his ripped biceps and bunching muscles in a recent video shared to his Instagram reels while giving fans a glimpse of his extreme workout routine.
Cannon was filmed shirtless in what looked like a luxury gym overlooking skyscraper buildings. Because the video was recorded at night, a picturesque atmosphere was formed from the lighting around him.

The Hollywood star's clothing items were his signature turban in red and a pair of matching sweatpants. Cannon, whose face was turned away from the camera, completed his look with black footwear.
While the star actor worked on his routine, the voiceover served as motivation for viewers and fans alike. Cannon let fans know that their energy was "their currency" and needed to be spent wisely. He captioned the post:
"#MotivationMonday There’s no limits, only levels ?? #ncredible."
For a while now, the TV personality has been dealing with a controversial moment in his career. It happened that Cannon shared his views about the Black race on his podcast, "Cannon's Class," and his words were labeled anti-semitic.
Cannon, who hosts "Wild N Out," referred to Black people as Hebrews, which did not sit well with the Jewish community. In retrospect, Cannon faced the consequences of his actions when Viacom CBS terminated his "Wild N Out" contract.

The star soon had a change of heart and apologized for his statement. He also embarked on a tour with rabbis so he could learn more about the Jewish culture.
These days, it seems the hassle has simmered down with Viacom CBS, as the franchise's boss, Chris McCarthy, shared that he has been in touch with Cannon. McCarthy said in his interview with Variety:
"We continue to follow Nick's journey and I'm impressed by how he's owned his mistakes. He's been an extended part of our family for almost 20 years…"
McCarthy and Cannon have been working together since 2005 when "Wild N Out" launched on MTV. Even during the comedy show's downtimes, the Viacom CBS boss worked with Cannon to revive it.
While Cannon seems to be working on his reconciliation with the franchise, it is safe to say that it is not the only tie he might be trying to strengthen. Recently, the star was seen in a cozy outing with his pregnant ex-girlfriend, Brittany Bell.
The duo was spotted in a cordial mood as they made their way to Nobu in Malibu. The heavily pregnant Bell and Cannon were seen sharing laughs and walking hand-in-hand. While it seems like the pair are working on their relationship, they are expecting their second child together.
