Page Six: Nikki Bella Reveals Artem Chigvintsev's Feelings about Ex John Cena Texting Her

WWE alum Nikki Bella opened up about her spouse, Artem Chigvintsev's feelings after her ex, John Cena, texted her a congratulatory message after childbirth.

In a recent interview with Page Six, former combat star Nikki Bella informed fans on the dynamics of her relationship with ex-lover, John Cena, and how her spouse, Artem Chigvintsev, was taking it.

Bella, who received a congratulatory text message from Cena, noted that her fiance had no hard feelings or inhibitions towards the action. The 36-year-old added that Chigvintsev was not bothered about her ex as she said that they do not keep in contact.

The reality star added that her husband was secure about their marriage and expressed no discomfort concerning her keeping a civil relationship with her exes. She told the news site:

"That's what I love about Artem. He's just so comfortable in his own skin, in our relationship. He's so secure — which he should be…"

Nikki and Cena were an item for six years and were also engaged. However, the duo called it quits after they could not reach a compromise over starting a family.

Nikki continued as she stated that Cena's message came as a group text, which he also sent to Brie's twin sister. This was so because the Bella sisters welcomed their sons one day apart.

The TV star went on as she shared that she and the WWE champion have not been in contact for over a year. Brie attested to this as she added that Cena was quite close to their family and often sent congratulatory texts during their milestone achievements.

Nikki and Cena were an item for six years and were also engaged. However, the duo called it quits after they could not reach a compromise over starting a family. While the "Total Bellas" star wanted to start a family, Hollywood star John Cena shared that he did not want children. They ended their relationship one month before their destination wedding ceremony in 2018.

A year later, Nikki moved on with her new lover, Artem Chigvintsev, a DWTS pro. The duo is presently engaged and recently welcomed a son, Matteo. While Chigvintsev is away from home competing in the ongoing DWTS season, his fiancee cannot wait for the season to be over so she could have him back.

John Cena has also moved on as he recently tied the knot with Shay Shariatzadeh. In May, Nikki released her all-revealing memoir where she shared details of her split with "Train Wreck" star John Cena.

She made it known that, at first she was willing to go with the plan of not having kids because she did not want to leave her relationship. However, with time, the wrestling album realized that she would not feel fulfilled without becoming a mother. Hence her decision to opt out of their impending wedding.s
