Union donned a red long-sleeved top with a mini skirt of the same color, emphasizing her long toned legs positioned with one over the other. The photo also featured the star's braided hair that nearly reached her waist.
The post's comments section quickly piled up with fire emojis and compliments. "That set looks lovely," one fan said. "Or maybe you are the one making it look lovely."
Union's fit physique in the photo results from her hard work and dedication when it comes to working out and living a healthy lifestyle. Fitness was a part of her life since high school, having been an all-star point guard in basketball.

She later focused on soccer during her college years at the University of Nebraska before moving to Cuesta College and transferring again to the University of California.
During her time as a college student, Union interned at a modeling agency, making her more aware of physical appearances and keeping fit. Eventually, the company asked her to become a client, beginning her career in the industry.
Recently, Union put her incredible physique on display during an afternoon swim with her daughter, Kaavia James. The "Bring It On" star rocked a sky blue two-piece swimsuit that had cut out details on the sides.
Union also began sharing her at-home workouts through the Fit On app. "I can't promise it won't make you curse in exhaustion, but I can promise you it'll be worth it," she said.
The mom-of-one's exercises mostly consist of full-body strength training and little cardio, which she does for less than an hour, three times a week, at their home gym.
According to the star, lunges and squats are staple movements that have worked well for her since her younger years. Fans who are interested in Union's fitness journey can see several videos posted on her Instagram profile.
