Michael Strahan Smiles with His Twin Daughter Sophia in Family Snaps Shared on His 49th B-Day

Michael Strahan's sixteen-year-old daughter Sophia celebrated her dad's 49th birthday by sharing family photos of them smiling, and the two looked super adorable together.

Michael Strahan recently turned 49, and the ace television host was met with sweet wishes from his family and loved ones, including his sixteen-year-old twin daughter Sophia Strahan.

Taking to her Instagram, Sophia celebrated her father's big day by sharing a few family photos where they were captured smiling and posing together.

In one photo, Sophia and her father were captured with their back turned to the camera while walking their dog. With the father-daughter duo holding hands, they looked over their shoulders as they posed for the picture.

Another photo saw them clad in winter outfits while smiling as they posed for the selfie. Sophia accompanied the snapshot with a caption reading:

"Happy Birthday, Dad! I love you so much."

A third picture saw Strahan flanked by Sophia and her twin sister, Isabella. With the television host holding his daughters who were all smiles, the trio struck a pose for the camera. Sophia also took a trip down memory lane by sharing a throwback picture where her fatherl held her up in the air as she flashed a smile.

Strahan made headlines after filing for primary custody of Sophia and Isabella.

Strahan shares his twin daughters with his second ex-wife, Jean Muggli, whom he was married to between 1999 and 2006. In addition to the twins, he is also a father to two older children, Tanita and Michael Jr., whom he welcomed from his first marriage.

Since the end of his marriage to Muggli, the television host was plunged into a bitter custody battle over his daughters, who live with their mom in Germany.

In March, Strahan made headlines after filing for primary custody of Sophia and Isabella while accusing his ex-wife of subjecting the girls to physical and verbal abuse for years.

Strahan reportedly claimed that Muggli neglected to take the twins to their court-ordered therapy sessions while adding that she also made them miss volleyball matches and equestrian events.

Despite the battle between Muggli and Strahan, Sophia and Isabella have evidently maintained a great relationship with their father, whom they so dearly love.
