In the photo that was taken in a dimly lit room to give a sultry aesthetic, Henson was pictured staring into the distance with her piercing eyes. Her hair was styled in a middle-parted afro, dyed crimson red, which has been her signature color all year.
The "Acrimony" actress wore a black and white geometric dress that hugged her beautiful figure perfectly. The Area dress had thin straps and sat low on her chest, teasing just a little cleavage. On her neck, Henson wore a beautiful necklace from Gismondi 1754 Jewelry.
The talented Jason Bolden styled the entire look for Henson's appearance as host of the 2020 American Music Awards. The gorgeous actress loved how she looked and captioned the post:
"I love my sweats, but I just wanna wear this look every damn day ???."

News that Henson would host the AMA's was announced on November 2. Since then, show organizers made sure to take the necessary safety measures to successfully host the event amid the coronavirus pandemic.
All the staff and performers at the show were tested before and during the production of the show. Even Henson's back-up dancers were required to wear face masks during their performance.
Henson was thrilled to be part of this amazing night. The "Hidden Figures" actress earned her nomination as host with her impressive resume, which includes the musical drama "Empire" and "Hustle and Flow," where she flaunted her vocal abilities.
Her vocal performance in the movie's song "It's Hard Out Here For a Pimp" won her an Academy Award for Best Song in 2004.
