Gabrielle Union was on fire as she showed her toned arms and core while doing an outdoor workout: “On that pre-Turkey and Ham grind.”
Gabrielle Union has been a fitspiration to many, especially during the quarantine period, as she focused on taking care of her health and staying active through at-home workouts.
Recently, she released her different exercises, which focus on body weight and simple yet tiring movements. In one of her Instagram posts, the actress wowed her fans as she displayed her toned arms and core during a sweat session.
As seen in her video, the former “America’s Got Talent” judge did repetitive movements of lunges and back steps on the rooftop, wearing a hot pink sports bra and dark blue leggings.
With her different arm movements, Union’s muscles began to show, impressing her fans and proving that her free workouts on the Fit On application are indeed effective.
Fans quickly flooded the comments section with many fire and heart emojis. One comment praised Union for being an inspiration for many who want to start their fitness journey. “Looking good,” one fan said.
Apart from being an actress, mother, fitness enthusiast, and designer, she recently became a children’s book author.
Union has shared her workout several times amid quarantine, often doing weight training. Among her exercises are deadlifts, using one dumbbell with both hands while both feet are equally apart.
She also does bent-over rows that target her tricep and video muscles, weighted glute bridges to grow and tighten her butt, and dumbbell pullovers for her chest.
Last year, the mom-of-one collaborated with New York & Company’s plus-sized clothing to release a line for curvy fashion that included chic and modern designs for all body types.
The collection boasts 13 beautiful and carefully crafted pieces reflecting Union’s glamorous side in glitters and sequins, all while embracing women’s curves.
There’s no doubt that Union is a multi-talented woman who has proven herself over the years. Apart from being an actress, mother, fitness enthusiast, and designer, she recently became a children’s book author.
Her first release was a memoir in 2017 called “We’re Going to Need More Wine: Stories that are Funny, Complicated, and True." This year she penned “Welcome to the Party,” a book inspired by her motherhood and daughter, Kaavia James.
