Vanessa Bryant Speaks Out against False News about Her and Late Husband Kobe Bryant's Legacy
Kobe Bryant's wife Vanessa was fuming with rage after false reports about her giving away free CBD to the late basketballer's fans started to emerge on the internet. Here's everything we know.
If there is one thing that Vanessa Bryant utterly hates, it is people who try to use her late husband's name for their personal benefit. This time, her anger knew no bounds after false reports about their legacy started to make rounds on the internet.
Recently, several media outlets reported that Vanessa has decided to rename the Mamba Foundation to Mamba and Mambacita Foundation, but that was not what bothered her.

FAKE REPORTS ABOUT THE COUPLE
According to the news stories, Kobe always had a wish and now that Vanessa got the massive wealth that he left behind, she wanted to make it come true. They alleged that she now wants to give away her husband's favorite CBD brand.
The reports dubbed Maricanna RX CBD the "little helper" of the late basketball legend and stated how Vanessa wants to give it to his fans for free exclusive of the shipping cost.
The stories further shared that the product has been selling like hotcakes and Kobe's foundation reported that it is struggling to keep up with the high demand that has been growing by the minute.
The mother-of-four might not be giving away free CBD, but she is doing her part to continue Kobe's legacy.

VANESSA'S RESPONSE
They also noted how his wellness line is 90% cheaper and more effective than the products offered by major pharmaceutical companies. In her Instagram stories, Vanessa posted snapshots of those reports and called them a scam.
Vanessa expressed her disbelief over the rumors and she could not believe that some people actually thought it was true. Even a fake testimonial stating how Kobe benefited from the CBD was shared by some outlets.

Vanessa also shared a snapshot of a fans' message and thanked them for letting her know what was going on. The concerned fan had come across fake Instagram and Facebook ads of the product featuring Kobe and Vanessa's pictures.
HOW SHE IS ACTUALLY KEEPING KOBE'S LEGACY ALIVE
The mother-of-four might not be giving away free CBD, but she is doing her part to continue Kobe's legacy. Back in July, she announced the release of his first YA book titled "Geese Are Never Swans."
Vanessa was proud to continue her late husband's mission to teach the power of emotions to the up and coming athletes. The book is all about the importance of mental health amongst young athletes and overcoming life's setbacks through sports.
The 38-year-old has also saved some incredible memorabilia of the Lakers star. From a champagne-soaked shirt to a Lakers jacket from Kobe's younger years, Vanessa has saved them all and has zero intentions to sell them.
