Fans were thrilled to receive the good news and took to Instagram to congratulate the mom of two. The TV star's post garnered over 1 million likes, just how much the great news was received.

The songwriter and her husband, Joe King, could not be happier after welcoming their second born into the family. The "Originals" star shared that she gave birth on the 1st of this month. What a way to celebrate the holiday season even more for the King family.
The couple has another daughter named Florence May, who is four years old. It appears girls already rule the house; one can only wonder if their third child will be a boy or girl.
Now that Candice is a mother of two, she filled us in on how motherhood has prepared her. According to People, Candice recently wrote an essay explaining how being pregnant this year without a doubt prepared her to become a better mom to her kids.
Candice revealed that although this was her second pregnancy, not everything was expected to be like the last time. The 33-year-old shared that her first pregnancy did nothing to prepare her for 2020, where everything changed because of the pandemic.
The actress first shared the news of her pregnancy in August on a podcast called Directionally Challenged. Candice stated that she only came out with the news because she wanted to feel confident and comfortable and that she has a good pregnancy.
Not only does Candice have two kids, but her husband Joe also has two other children. Joe has daughters Elise and Ava from his previous marriage. The 40-year-old is a guitarist and a singer from the rock band called "The Fray."
Joe and Candice got married back in October 2014 in New Orleans; their wedding ceremony was intimate and included friends and family. Candice's castmates from "The Vampire Diaries" also witnessed the couple saying, "I do."
According to MTV, New Orleans has a storied history of vampire lore, and it served as a beautiful backdrop for a mini-reunion for the castmates. Candice and Joe first met in 2011, and they announced their engagement after that in 2013.
