Vanessa Bryant's late husband Kobe Bryant and her daughter Gianna are sadly missing from the family's 2020 Christmas celebrations. However, friends have taken it upon themselves to make sure they are not forgotten.

On Wednesday, December 23, Vanessa, who lost her husband and daughter in a tragic helicopter crash earlier in the year, took to her Instagram stories to upload stunning images of a flowery Christmas tree gifted to her by her florist, Jeff Leatham.

The tree featured a huge number of deep red roses from top to bottom, and Vanessa proudly flaunted the beautiful arrangement on her Insta stories.

Leatham's thoughtful Christmas gift included six bright red heart-shaped presents beneath it, also covered in roses. It is believed that the two extra hearts were in honor of Kobe and Gianna. Vanessa captioned the photo writing:

Vanessa also uploaded a photo of herself and her daughter Bianka posing in front of their beautiful tree. In a second photo, the mother and daughter were joined by Leatham for a group shot.

Earlier in the year, Kobe and Gianna died in a tragic helicopter crash in Calabasas, Los Angeles. The accident also claimed the lives of seven other people who were traveling with the NBA star and his daughter.

On April 18, the couple should have celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary, but friends made sure it was a memorable day for Vanessa.

Nowadays, Vanessa wears a customized diamond ring on her wedding finger with Kobe's name spelled out on it to keep him close at all times. Meanwhile, Vanessa and her daughters also got a pleasant surprise from Khloé Kardashian.

The reality TV star's treat to the Bryant family came in the form of a gingerbread house. The thoughtful Christmas gift paid tribute to Kobe and Gianna with their names written on the house's roof.

Vanessa showed off the gift on her Instagram stories and thanked Khloé for the gesture. Since Kobe's death in January, Khloe has turned up big-time for her friend.

In July, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star surprised Vanessa with a massive bouquet shaped as two pink sheep.

Khloé and Vannessa's friendship dates back to when Kobe and Khloé's ex-husband Lamar Odom were teammates with the La Lakers. Back in 2009, the Bryants were part of the guests at Khloé's wedding to Odom.

Throughout the year, Vanessa has received an outpouring of love and support from both fans and celebrities. On April 18, the couple should have celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary, but friends made sure it was a memorable day for Vanessa.
