Actress Michelle Pfeiffer went on Instagram to flaunt the newest addition to her skillset. She shared a pic of herself looking youthful in a self-applied makeover complete with false lashes.

The 62-year-old posted a picture of herself rocking a full makeover, with perfectly applied mascara and red lipstick. She wore her hair down, parting the blond locks sideways to cover her right eye.

Pfeiffer accentuated the flawless make-up with fake eyelashes attached to her upper lids, giving the effect of mascaraed lashes. The overall outlook made the icon appear beautiful and ageless.

Via her caption, the producer admitted to doing her own make-up. She also revealed that she perfected the art of applying false lashes thanks to DIY videos on YouTube. The star wrote:

"I did it.! Socially distanced shoot coming up. Doing my own Makeup. First time practicing applying false lashes. [...] Pretty pleased with myself."

Fans of the Hollywood icon immediately flooded the comment section with words of admiration to the star, commending her for a job well done. Others praised Pfeiffer's age-defying looks, acknowledging her unmistaken beauty.

The star's sister-in-law, Rona, commented on the post, admitting the makeover was "so good." She went on to express how much she wanted Pfeiffer's lashes for herself.

As expected, Pfeiffer's beauty experiments do not always turn out in her favor. Earlier this year, the 62-year-old shared an Instagram picture of herself sporting a mascara smear on her face, a common mishap many women could relate to.

The streak appeared as a black double-layered line extending from her nose to her upper lips. In her caption, the star explained how she caused the smear after dabbing her face with the wrong tissue.

With or without perfect make-up, Pfeiffer somehow manages to appear flawlessly beautiful and ageless at all times. And at 62, she sure looks age defying.
