The clip concluded with JLo's sweet moment with her fiancé Alex Rodriguez as she gave him a playful high five. In the accompanying caption, the triple threat entertainer shared an exciting announcement for her fans, writing:
"I'm performing #InTheMorning for the very first time on @RockinEve!!!!! It all starts with rehearsals. Which other songs should I add to the setlist?"

The big news was shared on December 15 on Twitter. Lopez is set to take the stage just before the ball drops at midnight. This year's show would take place at Times Square as expected.
However, it will be closed to the public because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The renowned Ryan Seacrest will host with help from Lucy Hale and Billy Porter. Singer Ciara is set to handle hosting duties in Los Angeles.
Lopez won't be the only one performing during the big night. Veteran singer Cyndi Lauper and Porter would give a soulful duet rendition from the "Kinky Boots" musical.
Megan The Stallion, Miley Cyrus, Machine Gun Kelly, Doja Cat, Ella Mai, Lewis Calpidi, and many more would also take the stage. The performances can be watched on ABC on December 31 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
