Check Out Simone Biles' Customized Denim Jacket with Boyfriend Jonathan Owens' Name on It

American gymnast Simone Biles, who has won 30 Olympic and World Championship medals in her career, shared a photo of her customized denim jacket with her boyfriend’s name on it.

On December 31, Simone Biles took to Instagram to share a photo of herself posing next to cosmetologist Brittani Powe, her friend and Houston Texans RB Scott Phillips’ fiancée.

Biles was wearing white shoes, black leggings, and a denim jacket very particular as it had “Owens” and “36” written on it, the last name and jersey number of her boyfriend, Jonathan Owens.

BILES AND OWENS’ RELATIONSHIP

Owens, a safety, also plays for the Texans. As per Powe, she put on red shoes, white leggings, and a denim jacket with “Phillips” and “40” on it, her fiancé's last name and number.

In the caption, Biles wrote that Owens and Philips had her and Powe’s backs, and vice versa. She later shared another pic of her in the stands and Owens on the field.

Biles and Owens publicly confirmed their relationship in August 2020, and ever since, they have been using their social media profiles to give their followers glimpses of their romance.

One of the cute moments the couple shared was their first Christmas together. In the photos, they appeared posing in front of a Christmas tree and wearing matching plaid pajamas.

[Owens] suffered a knee injury during his rookie year.

SUPPORTING HER BOYFRIEND

Biles is definitely supportive of her boyfriend’s career as she is frequently rooting for him from the stands or her home. In mid-December, she shared some loving messages for her boyfriend on social media.

Owens, who spent some time in the Texans’ practice squad, was promoted to the primary team. For this reason, Biles shared photos and videos on her Instagram Stories.

Apart from writing that she was proud of him, that she couldn’t wait to keep cheering him on, and that his time “is now,” the gymnast wrote, “go show ‘em what you’re made of” [sic].

One of the videos even showed Biles standing right in front of the TV screen where she was watching the game as, according to her, she had to stand up there to see where Owens was.

Owens, who used to play for the Arizona Cardinals, suffered a knee injury during his rookie year, which led the Cardinals to release him in August 2019.

The Texans eventually signed him, and at the moment, they are third in the AFC South with 11 lost games. Owens and Biles still look good, though.
