Check Out Joan Collins' Stylish Throwback Picture Wearing a Romper and Knee-High Boots

British actress Joan Collins, DBE, took to her Instagram page to share a throwback picture showing her younger self posing in a stylish romper and knee-high boots.

Actress Joan Collins brought back old memories in a recent post on her Instagram page where she shared a throwback picture of herself looking stunning in a chic outfit.

The 87-year-old actress posted a black-and-white snapshot that showed her posing in a living room clad in a stylish romper, which she matched with knee-high boots.

She rocked long curly hair to go with her outfit, which also featured a little belt around her waist. Collins wore a bangle around her right hand, which rested on a platform, while she placed her left hand on her stomach area.

She stood beside a television and in front of a glass stool, sofa, and a book cabinet. The tv had some pictures placed on its top. Collins captioned the post with a series of hashtags, writing:

"A #hotpants #playsuit for today’s #vintage #fashion #photo #fashionphotography #vintagestyle #vintagefashion #1970s."

Many of her fans loved the post and took turns to hail her in the comment section. American actress Alana Stewart hoped Collins kept the boots she was wearing in the picture as they are back in fashion.

One fan agreed with Stewart, saying they would do anything to find such a pair of boots nowadays. A second fan also gushed over the boots.

She warned that women of today risk losing their looks because they are too busy on television and social media.

A third person said they love the fashion and makeup of the 1970s, adding that they love Collins' look in the picture as it was beautiful and sassy.

Collins' picture post re-emphasized her ageless beauty. She revealed how she has managed to always look good in a chat with Refinery 29. When asked for tips on looking good in pictures, the actress said:

"Never leave the house without makeup!"

Collins also revealed the secret to her youthful looks while speaking to Mirror, saying she is disciplined about her skincare routine and never goes to bed without taking off her makeup and putting on night cream.

Collins was born in Paddington, London to Elsa, a dance teacher, and Joseph, an agent. She attended Francis Holland School before training at the Royal Academy for Dramatic Art.

The global star and icon is famous for her role in the US classic television series, "Dynasty," and is a member of Hollywood's royalty. Collins is a mother of three children and has been married five times so far.
