The source revealed that Loughlin, who was released on December 28, has been determined to lay low and regain focus since her release from jail. They emphasize that she is ready to put everything behind her.

The insider told HollywoodLife that the actress misses her career, although it is now in shambles, and she is ready to take up her passion again after she gives time for everyone to move on.

Loughlin is doing her best to return to some sense of normalcy after serving her time. The actress also has to fulfill her community service sentence of 100 hours as part of the sentence she was handed in May 2020, following a tumultuous legal procession.

The first few hours of Loughlin's freedom were filled with relief and worry for her husband.

In anticipation of her release from jail, Loughlin reportedly spent the last two weeks of her sentence in isolation. On Monday, December 28, she was finally released to go home to her daughters.

An inside source exclusively revealed to Us Weekly that the reason for Loughlin's two-week isolation was not a punishment but instead a precaution. According to them, there was a COVID-19 outbreak in prison. The source explained:

"She spent the last two weeks in isolation before she was released, so it has been especially tough, but she's thankful to put it behind her."

The actress's two daughters, Olivia Jade Giannulli, 21, and Bella Giannulli, 22, were there to welcome their mom and take her home. They reportedly picked her up by private jet at Dublin, California's Federal Correctional Institution.

The long-anticipated reunion between the mother and her girls was very emotional and bittersweet, as they were both happy for her return and sad that Mossimo Giannulli, Loughlin's husband and the girls' father, is still in prison.

According to E! News, the first few hours of Loughlin's freedom were filled with relief and worry for her husband. She reportedly texted her friends that she was out and expressed how happy she was to be back home.

A source close to the family told People of Loughlin's growing worry for Giannulli but revealed that she got an update that he is doing well on the inside.

While the family has not had the big reunion they have been waiting for, Loughlin's return is a reason to celebrate. Although her hope to restart her career might seem daunting, the actress continues to keep faith that she will find a way to make it work.
