LeToya Luckett Announces Divorce from Husband of 3-Years & Father of Her Kids, Tommicus Walker

Former Destiny Child singer LeToya Luckett recently took to her Instagram to announce her divorce from her husband of three years, Tommicus Walker.

After months of media speculation surrounding her marriage to Texas entrepreneur Tommicus Walker, LeToya Luckett took to her Instagram page on Monday, January 11, to announce her divorce from her husband of three years.

The couple's marriage was trailed by numerous rumors over the last few months, and the heartbreaking news has finally put an end to what was gradually becoming a media circus.

Luckett shared a cute family photo of herself and Walker posing with their two kids, Gianna and Tyson. The image was accompanied by a statement which read in part:

"After very prayerful consideration, Tommicus and I have decided to get a divorce..."

Luckett also expressed her desire to build a healthy co-parenting relationship with Walker and urged her fans to respect their privacy through this challenging period.

He also vehemently denied claims that he cheated on his wife.

The news of their split comes barely four months after the former lovebirds welcomed their son, Tysun Wolf, in September 2020. Apart from their two children together, Walker also has a daughter, Madison, 9, from a previous relationship.

In August 2017, the pair got engaged barely a year after Luckett's bizarre divorce from her ex-husband Rob Hillman. Walker and Luckett later tied the knot during a lavish wedding ceremony in Texas Hill Country in December that year.

Walker also took to his Instagram page to share the news of his "difficult" split from his wife. He also vehemently denied claims that he cheated on his wife while blaming "outside forces" for the crash of his marriage.

It is certainly not a great way to begin the new year, but the split does not surprise those close to the couple. Thankfully, the duo is focused on creating a loving environment for their beautiful kids.
