King confidently rocked an orange blazer-dress from Dion Lee, which reached the middle of her thighs. The mini-dress showed off her toned legs, perfectly tucked into a pair of pointed Christian Louboutin heels.
The unique dress featured uneven hems and cut-out designs and a low v-neckline that teased a little cleavage and the actress' shoulders.
Wayman and Micah styled the actress with jewelry from Margo Siegel PR that included several gold fashion rings and matching hoop earrings to complete her look.
The duo also called in a makeup artist and hairstylist who left the actress looking fit for television. With her braided hair thrown behind her, King looked radiant as she posed on the tiny balcony.
Fans took to the comments to compliment King and her stylists, who had outdone themselves yet again. Wayman and Micah were also responsible for the stunning dress she wore for the 2020 Emmys.
[King] said she felt more confident at her 49 years than she did at 25.
The "Seven Seconds" actress dazzled in a pillow-like Schiaparelli Couture gown for the special evening. The bejeweled royal blue dress showed her best assets - her long legs glistening in gold Stuart Weitzman strappy heels.
The regal look didn't go to waste as King went on to win an Emmy Award for her performance as the lead actress in the movie "Watchmen."
The actress, who now has four Emmys, boasts an accomplished 35-year career in the film industry with a shelf full of awards, including an Academy Award and a Golden Globe Award.
As King further conquered Hollywood, she began doing more behind-the-scenes work as a director on numerous fan-favorite TV shows like "Being Mary Jane " and "Greenleaf."
The experience energized the actress to direct her first feature film, "One Night in Miami," which will be released online on January 15, King's 50th birthday.
In an interview with Vogue, the "If Beale Street Could Talk" actress said she felt more confident at her 49 years than she did at 25 because of the knowledge she has gained over the years.
