Arnold Schwarzenegger's Son Joseph Goes Shirtless to Show His Perfect Shape While Doing Pull-Ups

Just like his father, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Joseph Baena loves going to the gym and staying fit by exercising. The actor’s son recently shared several clips of himself during a session.

Joseph Baena, 23, took to his Instagram account to share several short videos to show him exercising at an outside gym. The cool thing about the clips was that he wore his face mask throughout.

In some of the videos, he appeared in gray shorts and a black t-shirt, while in others, he featured shirtless. Baena was recorded while he lifted weights, did resistance training, pull-ups, chest presses, and so much more.

In the caption of the post, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son revealed that he liked trying out new things regarding his training and fitness. The “Kindergarten Cop” actor’s son also confessed:

“Personally I have been seeing the best results from this split I got straight out of ‘The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding.’”

The book he referenced is actually written by his father, “The Terminator,” actor. He explained that he was sharing clips of exercises mentioned in his father’s book for those who didn’t have it.

Baena revealed to his fans how the exercise regime worked and the benefits one could get out of it. The post wasn’t the only time that the bodybuilder showed off his body and skills on social media.

In January 2021, he took to the same social media platform to flaunt his fit 6ft1in physique. At the time, the DJ was seen wearing only a black Speedo and goggles while at a pool.

In the Instagram Story post, Schwarzenegger’s son explained that he was trying to get his tan lines back. Baena is the child of Guatemalan housekeeper-turned-chef Mildred Patricia “Patty” Baena.

She and the Golden Globe Award winner had the young man during an affair while Schwarzenegger, 73, was still married to Maria Shriver, 65. The affair sadly led to the end of their 25-year-old marriage.

The photos were taken while Arnold Schwarzenegger and Joseph Baena were out for a bike ride.

The “Twins” star and the journalist share four children: Katherine, Christina, Patrick, and Christopher. The former couple had their legal separation in 2011 and finalized their divorce in 2017.

Earlier in the same month, Baena and his father showed how close they were when the young bodybuilder shared new social media images. The photos were taken while the pair was out for a bike ride.

One of the pictures showed him and Schwarzenegger posing together in front of a mural. The colorful mural featured the actor doing one of his famous bodybuilding poses when he was Mr. Universe.
