Jenna Bush Hager's Worst 1st Date Involved Her Husband & Secret Service — Here's What Happened
Jenna Bush Hager, former first daughter, and current "Today" show host revealed that her worst first date was with her husband Henry Hager, which involved the Secret Service.
First dates are usually well planned, with everyone putting up their best behavior, hoping to impress the other party, and wishing the day would go as planned.
Sometimes these dates do not always end well and involve some funny and awkward moments—even celebrities or daughters of ex-presidents like Jenna Bush Hager.

Jenner, the daughter of former President George Bush, who is also a co-host on "Today Show," opened up on a hilarious aspect of her life, which turned out to be her first date.
The show host talked about her worst date on Monday's Single's Awareness Day. Hoda Kotb asked Jenner about her worst first date, and her story was interesting. Jenner revealed that it was with her husband Henry Hager, and the Secret Service.
The former first daughter said that Hager had run out of gas and was trying to get some before hitting a vehicle belonging to the Secret Service. Kotb asked Jenner if she was scared or found everything to be funny, and she replied that she found it horrifying, but she also laughed.

Kotb revealed that her worst date happened on New Year's Eve. She had dressed up at her best and felt as pretty as she could, waiting for her date only for him to turn up in a t-shirt and jeans.
The guy invited her over to his house, where a bunch of guys was wrestling a German Shepherd. To her, that was the most horrible way to spend New Year's Eve.
Despite the funny first date impression, things eventually worked out for TV show host Jenner and Hager, and they tied the knot in 2008. The couple now share three children.
They would have tied the knot earlier if it were up to Jenner. The mother of three reportedly asked Hager to marry her, but he declined because she was too young.
Their love was real and mutual, and they did not want to waste time being apart, but Hager felt she was too young for such a decision, although he admitted that he was crazy about her.
The couple reportedly met at President Bush's 2004 presidential campaign, and it was almost a case of love at first sight. Both reportedly come from a strong line of political families, and fans will not be surprised to see them raise a banner for a post.
