Us Weekly: Hilaria and Alec Baldwin's 6th Child Was Born via Surrogate

Us Weekly confirmed that Hilaria and Alec Baldwin's 6th child was born via a surrogate this year after Hilaria shared the news on Instagram.

Hilaria and Alec Baldwin announced the birth of their 6th child, Lucia, and Us Weekly confirmed that they had their newest baby through a surrogate.

Both parents shared a photo of Hilaria surrounded by their 6 children. Hilaria had captioned the photo "7" to honor Alec's eldest daughter, Ireland Baldwin, who he shares with his ex Kim Basinger.

The now mother of 6 gave birth to their 5th child, Eduardo, a few months ago. Many fans wondered about their 6th child's birth as it would have been impossible for Hilaria to have carried her.

Alec shared the photo of his wife and their 6 children, Carmen, Romeo, Eduardo, Leonardo, Rafael, and their baby, Lucia, on his Instagram page. The caption read:

"Mi vida..."

"Mi Vida" translates to "my life." He, unfortunately, received a lot of backlash and unwanted questions under his post. However, he was quick to put users in their place.

He told a few users who had commented that they should "Sh-- up" and mind their own business. He told another that usually, people would say congratulations on the announcement of a new baby.

The mom of 6 shared in 2019 that she had suffered two miscarriages.

Alec had returned to Twitter too. In January, he had tweeted that he was taking a step back from Twitter amid his wife's fake Spanish accent and heritage controversy.

He had tweeted that Twitter was like a party, where everyone is screaming at each other, and wrote goodbye for now. The most recent tweet he shared his conversation with Barry Gibbs:

Both Hilaria and Alec share regular updates on their life and family on their respective Instagram pages. Hilaria, who has the podcast "Mom Brain," is especially open about her motherhood journey.

The mom of 6 shared in 2019 that she had suffered two miscarriages between Romeo and Eduardo. She had shared a heartbreaking video of herself and her daughter Carmen discussing it.

In the caption of the video, she wrote that she had lost her baby after 4 months. She shared that she had told Carmen that the baby was not going to come after all.

Hilaria was also very open during her fake accent controversy that happened last year. She shared a video on Instagram in which she explained that she was raised with both cultures, American and Spanish.
