The 33-year-old "GUHH" reality star flaunted her voluptuous curves while standing by the poolside. Simmons wore a high-cut, one-piece black swimsuit.

She also let her long black hair fall to her arms and waist as she held a glass of wine in her hand. Her nails were manicured in pink. Simmons wrote:
