SHE WAS A BYSTANDER
Harris, who died at 28, was believed to have been a bystander during the shooting. Authorities reported that she was not a part of the targeted group at the mass shooting and must have been hit by a stray bullet in that regard.

This is not the first time Virginia has experienced devastating shooting incidents. In 2019, about 12 people were killed after 40-year-old DeWayne Craddock opened fire at Virginia beach.
Although Craddock was said to have lost his life in what became a crossfire with the police, the shooting's motive was never discovered. Many have been left to deal with the state of having no closure.
