Pregnant Fantasia Shows Belly Sitting in a Car in a Purple Top While Out to Eat with Son Dallas
Fantasia Barrino took to Instagram to share a sweet moment between herself and her son, Dallas, as they went out to eat. The singer looked cheerful as she gave a glimpse of her baby bump.
"American Idol" season three winner Fantasia Barrino may be expecting her third child, but while she waits, she has been enjoying time with her nine-year-old son, Dallas Xavier.
The "Truth Is" singer and her son recently went out to eat and shared a few snaps from the daytime car ride on her Instagram story while giving a sneak peek at her baby bump.

In the snaps, Barrino was pretty-in-pink in a pink and purple tie-dye sweatshirt and gray pants. Her nails were well-manicured in bright yellow polish in true diva style, and her hands were adorned with a massive sparkling ring.
Dallas was pictured in the luxury car's front, with his head popping out from behind the cream leather seat. Since he had a black facemask, only his curious eyes could be seen. The post was captioned:
"Happy Sunday. Headed to eat."
Dallas is Barrino's second child, born in December 2011 through her relationship with Antwaun Cook, which made headlines because she was aware that he was a married man throughout their affair.
The love affair proved strenuous for Barrino and Cook's wife, Paula Cook. In 2010, when Paula filed for divorce and custody of her and Cook's two children, she also considered suing Barrino under an "alienation of affection" law in North Carolina.

The threat of the lawsuit severely affected Barrino's mental health, and her depression culminated in "The Color Purple" actress overdosing on painkillers and a sleeping pill in attempted suicide in 2010.

Fortunately, the "When I See U" hitmaker survived, and Paula dropped the lawsuit. Having learned a hard lesson from the ordeal, Barrino took time to heal herself and eventually met her husband, Kendall Taylor.

The journey was not an easy one for the couple. Barrino suffered from fertility issues for three years before finally conceiving naturally. In January, the excited "Lose To Win" singer revealed that she is carrying a girl.
