Halle Berry Proves Age Is Just a Number as She Exposes Her Toned Abs after a Boxing Workout
Halle Berry recently updated her Instagram profile with a new photo highlighting her toned arms, washboard abs, and strong legs. At 54 years old, the actress looks just as fit as she did in her twenties.
Oscar Award-winning actress Halle Berry has spent decades sculpting her phenomenal body, and she's not afraid to show it off or share her secrets with her social media followers.
The "Monster's Ball" actress recently posed for a snap after a boxing workout, flaunting her shapely legs, toned arms, and abs which were still glistening from the exercise.

In the pic, Berry stood with her arms by her side, still rocking a pair of brown boxing gloves. Her skin-tight workout gear consisted of black Koral tights and a printed gray and black sports bra.
The "X-Men" actress wore her hair with a fringe and a few stray hairs shaping her gorgeous face. Berry also sported an attractive yet menacing facial expression to go with her daring caption:
"Who wants this smoke?"
Berry's followers were impressed by the photo and complimented her in the comments section. One fan gushed, "Strong goddess," while another said, "You're inspiring."
In her caption, Berry invited her fans to check out the fitness program that she and her trainer Peter Lee Thomas curated. She and Thomas have been working out together for five years with some of the workouts featuring on her Instagram page.
Most of Berry's workout routines center around mixed martial arts and boxing, which she has been practicing for over a decade. Berry told Women's Health that martial arts were the most significant contributor to achieving her enviable abs.
Lederman compared Serena Williams, Gayle King, and Berry's skin tones to different shades of toast.
The "Extant" star's dedication to fitness has been a huge advantage in her career. When she starred in her directorial debut, "Bruised," her intense training schedule included an hour of strength workouts plus four hours of MMA daily.
While Berry enjoys breaking a sweat in the gym, her personal life has also given her reasons to get worked up. Recently, the 54-year-old expressed her disgust at "Morning Bull" host Rob Lederman for the racist comments he made about her skin tone.
During a conversation with his co-hosts Rich "Bull" Gaenzler and Chris Klein, Lederman compared Serena Williams, Gayle King, and Berry's skin tones to different shades of toast. Lederman has since been fired from Buffalo's 97 Rock.
Additionally, Berry previously vocalized her sentiments about the high child support payments she was required to give her ex, Gabriel Aubry, with whom she co-parents her teenage daughter, Nahla Aubry.
In an impassionate Instagram rant, Berry claimed the payments were extortive and unreasonable. However, earlier this month, the courts reduced Berry's monthly payments to Aubry from $16k to $8k following a renegotiation.
