As the Tokyo Olympic Games countdown continues, Simone Biles showed that she is in her element as she flaunted her toned muscles in a red bodysuit.

American gymnast Simone Biles is ready for the Olympics and showed just how with a recent post she made on her Instagram page over the weekend.

The four-time Olympic gold medalist showed she is in her element ahead of the Tokyo Olympic Games as she flaunted her toned muscles in a red bodysuit in a picture she shared.

In the snapshot, Biles leaned back while clad in the bodysuit, stretching her hands backward as she did. She also pushed her upper body forward, flexing her muscles and showing off her abs.

Her bodysuit exposed her thighs, revealing her toned lower muscles. She gave a little smile as she stared at the camera, rocking a ponytail hairstyle. Biles had just the perfect caption for the post, writing:

"in my element PC: tagged ?."

Many of her 3.9 million Instagram followers took turns to like her post and gush over her stunning look in the photo. One fan wrote that she looked gorgeous, while another fan said she is fit and on fire.

Biles is stepping up her preparations for the Tokyo Olympic Games. Earlier in the month, her schedule for the year was confirmed following the announcement of the "Gold Over America Tour."

She showed her power when she slammed ESPN SportCenter's male-dominated image of the Greatest of all Time for different sports.

Following the announcement, it was confirmed that Biles would make her 2021 debut at the Tokyo World Cup, which is scheduled for May 4.

The Tokyo World Cup serves as the Tokyo Olympic Games' test event for gymnastics. After the test event, she will compete at the US Championships in early June and the US Olympic trials later that month.

The Tokyo Olympic Games follows and will be held in July. After the Olympics, the 19-time world champion will go on a 35-city tour across the United States joined by other female gymnasts.

Biles is one of the most powerful people in American sports and put her global fame in service to the #MeToo Movement as she took misogyny to the mat.

Last month, she showed her power when she slammed ESPN SportCenter's male-dominated image of the Greatest of all Time for different sports.

Biles disagreed with the now-deleted post and posited that there were so many women she believes can belong in the picture, an opinion many others agreed with.

Biles is in a relationship with NFL star Jonathan Owens. The cute couple went Instagram official with their relationship last year and have continued to display their love to fans on social media. One can say the gymnast is in the best of hands heading into the Olympics.
