Adrienne Bailon stunned fans with her incredible physique. The television personality who took fitness seriously during quarantine has lost 20 pounds.

"The Real" star Adrienne Bailon showed off her body transformation in a recent post on Instagram. The 37-year-old celebrity, who has one of the most beautiful faces on television, impressed fans with her weight loss.

The ageless beauty took to the popular photo-sharing platform to send good vibes out to the world, writing about a cool person's traits. Along with the message, she shared a jaw-dropping portrait.

The talk show host opted for comfortable clothing for her photoshoot, sporting gray sweat pants and a matching sweater over her sports bra. Her stunning curves were on full display. She began her caption:

"Trying to be the coolest."

Bailon then enumerated the characteristics of cool people she knew, starting off with the ability to ignore negativity. Another trait of a cool person, she added, was not talking poorly about other people.

Among those who expressed admiration for her weight loss was Khloé Kardashian.

Many fans were enamored with the calm disposition of the Emmy-winning host who has over five million followers on Instagram. Likewise, her fitness journey has inspired many.

While quarantining last year, Bailon kept Instagram abuzz with her 20-pound weight loss. With help from her husband, Israel Houghton, who snaps her bikini photos, Bailon kept her fans updated with her quarantine fitness journey.

The host, who started out in show business as a singer performing with bands 3LW and Cheetah Girls, revealed that she achieved her fitness goals without following fad diets.

There was nothing out of the usual in the award-winning host's fitness regimen. Bailon said she drank plenty of water, did daily squats, took her vitamins, and ate vegetables.

Bailon also advised her fans to rest, read, and pray. The host also gave her followers a glimpse of her daily routine, including waking up early and starting the day in high spirits.

Among those who expressed admiration for her weight loss was Khloé Kardashian. Bailon, who previously dated the reality star's brother Rob, is close friends with her.
