In a bid to fix his health, Luntz sought the help of a nutritionist who helped him create a diet. He walked 10,000 steps daily and achieved his goal, reducing to 170 lbs in the space of six months.
However, once the lockdown eased, Luntz began to travel and left behind his nutritionist, and began to struggle with dieting. He explained to Today that he got frustrated one particular night and sent out the above tweet.
