Blige paired the outfit with elaborate earrings extending down to her shoulders and a series of gold bracelets. The icon's blonde braids woven into a stylish top bun accentuated the outfit, making her pass for a Greek goddess.
The actress appeared at ease with the serene atmosphere, judging by the rhapsodic expression on her face as the waves kissed her thighs. She captioned:
"Introducing… the Sun Goddess! @sungoddesswines."
The picture was notably part of a campaign for the brand Sun Goddess Wines. A second shot for the campaign showed the nine-time Grammy winner posing with a bottle of the classic wine to promote it.
Fashion Bomb Daily reposted the entrancing beachfront picture on Instagram, asking for fans' opinions on the outfit and the campaign. Many replied with compliments to the star, singing odes to her beauty and ageless look.

Since her first
into the world of fame in the 90s, Blige has aged backwards. She captured her audience with her unique music vocal abilities and powerful lyrics, soon becoming a legend.
At the peak of her fame, the hip-hop star married Kendu Isaac. The duo stayed together for twelve years before their emotional 2017 divorce, which she attributed to increased levels of disrespect.
Although the divorce nearly crushed her, Blige managed to pick herself up, becoming an inspiration to other women. She once reflected on how women were always coming to meet her at shows, saying:
"'You got me through the divorce I was going through. That strength of a woman album? We was going through your divorce with you.'"
Blige now lives content knowing the divorce was a phase she had to go through in order to serve. Although their marriage yielded no offspring, she remains a stepmom to Isaac's three children.
She has since broadened her horizon, dabbling into other ventures like acting and business. In February, the star announced her partnership with Gold Bond to promote the beauty brand's #ChampionYourSkin campaign."
The campaign came in the wake of her debut on the hit series "Power Book II: Ghost," as Monet Tejada, a drug mogul. Recently, Blige was inducted into the Historic Apollo Walk of Fame, an honor previously bestowed on a host of other Hollywood legends.
