Chay Guillory gained notoriety after appearing on the hit TLC show, "My 600-Lb Life." Based on her Instagram page, it seems that she is still on the weight-loss journey she began years ago.

Apparently, the star is not going through any rough times at the moment. Fans heard that she was married to her fiance last year. Meanwhile, here's her life since she lost a good deal of weight.

Guillory first appeared on the show when she weighed over 600 pounds and lived with her grandparents. After losing her grandmother, she became overly addicted to food. She then sought remedy from Dr. Now.

Reports have indicated that Guillory is no longer on Dr. Now's weight loss program; however, since appearing on the show, fans have been following her, including the time she came out as transgender.

Guillory said in an interview at the time that she felt as if she had been living a lie. The star added that she believes weight loss will lead her to become the woman she has always envisioned for herself.

Although Guillory kept her announcements low-key, it's obvious she and Patrick got along well.

Guillory's transformation on the third season of "My 600-lb Life" was theatrical and compelling in many ways. First, the debut episode of her health journey ended with her losing 119 pounds.

Having lost that much weight, she was able to get under the 500-pound mark. Then, after the first follow-up episode, she was down to 379 pounds, demonstrating the continuing success of her weight loss journey.

On the most recent episode of Guillory, it was revealed that she was about to undergo skin removal surgery. She was also getting closer to her 180-lb goal, which would qualify her for gender confirmation surgery.

Adding to her extraordinary news, Guillory announced that she and her beloved boyfriend, Patrick, are engaged in an Instagram post. In February 2020, she revealed that she tied the knot with Patrick.

Although Guillory kept her announcements low-key, it's obvious she and Patrick got along well. In March 2020, the star finally shared a glimpse of her wedding, sharing two pictures of the big day.

In one of the photos, Guillory is seen dancing with Patrick. While she faced the camera side-on, Patrick had his back to it. Meanwhile, the other image shows her looking very smitten with her wedding dress on.
