Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard Are Parents of 2 Daughters – Meet Them Both

Actors Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard are doting parents to two children under ten years old. The famous pair and their kids make up a happy family of four and are regarded as low-key Hollywood parents.

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard are the parents of two daughters, Lincoln and Delta. Bell usually covers her kids’ faces on social media with stickers. She shared a family snapshot writing:

"Dad hung lights on the oak tree, and now we have an enchanted driveway!"

The image shows the 40-year-old posing alongside her husband and their children as she leaned in for the snap. Bell covered her daughters' faces with heart emojis.

Behind them is a stunning lit oak tree visible during dawn. The little ones also take after their mom with their short blonde hair.

Bell posted another picture on her Instagram account showing her and her family posing with their arms wrapped around each other in front of trees.

She once again obscured her daughters' faces and this time with bunny face emojis, while she and Shepard, 46, were all smiles for the camera.

The couple has made it their rule to keep photos of their kids' faces off social media. Although the girls' faces are hardly seen, they always feature in their parents' social media uploads.

Recently, Bell gave fans a glimpse inside their lives as parents when they celebrated Father’s Day in June 2021. She penned a heartwarming note for her loving spouse on Instagram.

Bell took to the platform and praised Shepard's parenting skills with their daughters aged eight and six years old. The actress shared a family photo with their bare faces but placed a heart sticker on each child's face.

“@daxsheperd, I love you so dearly, and I wish there were 364 more fathers days a year because you deserve it. Happy Father's Day," Bell wrote while adding a purple heart emoji.

Before welcoming their girls, the pair first met in 2007 at a dinner party, and Bell previously shared she felt no connection to Shepard whatsoever.

At the time, they both had gotten out of long-term relationships. During an interview on "Today," Bell revealed that two weeks later, they met for the second time at a Detroit Red Wings hockey game and started flirting.

They began dating that same year, but their relationship was toxic because they frequently quarreled, leading them to break up within three months of their relationship.

However, they reconciled, and in 2009, Shepard popped the big question after starring on a rom-com movie together called “When in Rome.” After filming the movie on location in Italy, the pair got engaged.

In 2013, they welcomed their first child, Lincoln. That same year, they walked down the aisle in October in a private ceremony that included just the two of them. A year later, they welcomed their second daughter, Delta.
